  • No other delegate may take up your allotted spot by paying you privately
  • Internal transfers, substitutions, or informal exchanges of portfolios are strictly prohibited
  • Any such attempt may result in cancellation without refund
Portfolio allotments are made on a rolling basis. Factors considered:
  • Committee preference as submitted in the registration form
  • Portfolio availability at the time of allotment
  • Delegate experience (number of MUNs attended, awards won)

  • Verify the category carefully before submitting
  • Submissions through the incorrect form may not be considered valid
Follow @imperiummun2026 for form release updates.
A dual-process is mandatory for delegation registrations:
  • Only the Head Delegate fills out the Delegation Registration Form and attaches the Delegation Format Sheet
  • All individual delegates must still register individually — mandatory for official records, allotments, and communication
  • Each individual delegate must upload payment confirmation in their individual registration form
  • Delegation submission alone is not considered complete without individual registrations
